The production begins with well endowed Christina Carter working at a strip club. Christina gets caught by the owner of the club showing her privates to one of the customers. She is taken to his office and endures a moderate OTK hand spanking. Like the two other Ohh Tee Kay videos I have seen, there are multiple camera angles used which lets the viewer take in everything. Like Elizabeth who appeared in "Caught!", Christina shows a lot of facial expressions and makes a good amount of noise during her session.

Chapter two begins with Christina calling in sick. The unseen owner of the club pays her a visit to find out how sick she really is. In a very erotic scene, he has her kneel on a toilet seat and pulls down her shorts. He then lubes up her bottom with his finger and inserts a rectal thermometer. For those who enjoy seeing everything and who like the humiliation aspect, this scene was made for you. After it is discovered that Christina does not have a temperature, the club owner hand spanks her while still kneeling on the toilet. Included in the spanking are a good number of swats to her anus.

The third chapter shows Christina being caught by a customer's wife for going down on her husband. The oral sex scene is brief and is not explicit. The wife gives Christina a bare bottomed, OTK hand spanking. Unfortunately the wife's face is never shown and the spanking is kind of tame. Not a bad scene but it just isn't as good as the rest of the video. After the wife spanking scene, Christina is alone in the room with the owner of the club. He has her strip and then get on all fours on the bed. He then straps her while she masturbates. Again, everything is on display here for those who enjoy it. The strapping is followed by a hand spanking that really gets her attention. Even though it is not much harder than the rest of the punishment in the video, it really seems to affect her. Toward the end of the spanking Christina breaks and starts crying.

"Friday Punishment" begins with Jessica sitting in Lady D's office. When asked why she is in the dean's office, the camera cuts to an explicit flashback of Jessica masturbating. Next up in the office is Brandi. She is there for cheating on a midterm exam and also gets to attend the Friday session. Finally Jennifer comes to the office and also gets her Friday appointment.

In the second scene Brandi and Jessica are sitting in their bedroom talking about past punishments. The camera cuts to a flashback of Brandi, Jessica, and two other women getting OTK hand spankings and a strapping while leaning against the wall. This is a good hard scene but it was featured before in "Group Punishments". In another flashback Jessica is caught smoking and is strapped by Lady D while bent over a desk. She gets 15 hard swats over her cotton panties in a great scene. For some reason I've seen this scene before, but it might have been on the website and not in one of the videos. I can't remember for sure where I saw it though. The final flashback of this scene is one in which Brandi and Corey take over 100 hand swats each on their bare bottoms in the OTK position. It is a good solid scene and showcases Lady D's skills as one of the hardest hand spankers around.

Friday has finally come and the three women are in the dean's office awaiting their punishments. Before the actual punishments begin, Jennifer has two punishment flashbacks. In the first she takes ten swats with a strap and then well over 100 very hard licks with a small oval paddle. The second flashback shows Jennifer getting 26 very hard licks with a heavy wooden paddle. Both of these scenes have already been featured in "Punishing Teen Jennifer II".

After all of the flashbacks, it is finally time for the Friday punishments. Before each of the women's unique punishments, they each get to go over Lady D's lap for a warm-up hand spanking. The "wife" is more slender and darker skined than the maid, who is on the slightly heavy side. The hand swats lasted about three minutes. Next, enter the "master". More hand spanking of the "maid" and some of the "wife", all moderate with panties slipped up the ole crack to allow bare cheeks for the hand to swat. Some color begins to appear on the rears. At 15 minutes the panties come down on the wife. More hand swats, then both have panties down for some hard hand swats, both bent over and OTK. A little talk and then a few more hard swats. At 19 minutes into the tape, the leather paddle comes out. The maid gets several moderate swats then the wife gets several hard swats. This stings a bit, and she squirms some, but this is still not like a wood paddle. She gets a few swats from a stiffer leather paddle and complains a bit. She colors up but there are no "bull's eye" marks.

At about half way through the tape we move to the punishment room. This time the wife will be the one getting all the action, and the canes come out. The dress comes up, and the leather paddle is used for about 80 moderate to hard swats while she is bent over a table. This is followed by an application of the split leather strap. Eight swats then the top comes off. She touches her toes for two or three more with the split leather then another leather paddle is used. Sixty moderate swats follow. this takes us to 35 minutes into the film. She looses the bra. Now she has only thigh high hose and shoes remaining. Three more with the leather paddle then back to the split strap. Five or six with that and the cane comes out. She has some color on her bare ass and bends over the table. She gets 11 nice strokes that we view from behind, with five or so leaving slight tram lines before we move to a facial view. the face and rear view alternate as we watch fifty three strokes land. The fifty third stroke cathches her in the no man's land where her legs meet her ass, and the stroke was hard enough to cause slight bleeding. This caused a break in the action while she rubbed herself. Then back over the table...She takes a couple more strokes then gets pleasured by his fingering her. She counts the last six, with the total making sixty two hard strokes. The she gets to rub herself and the story comes back to the maid and she gets a little OTK hand spanking to finish the film.

In the final tally, this had some reasonable leather paddle and strap action, albeit nothing like the most severe films. The caning was moderately hard, but was not as hard as RGE films. The marks were visible but only a few were clear tram line type, although one stroke was severe.

If you're a fan of the Red Hot Video series, it might be fun to think about the life of the mysterious man who succeeds time and time again to get the most beautiful women on the planet in a position normally associated with the more harsh and old fashioned style of punishing children (that is if you're not familiar with the works of Marquis de Sade and every sexual roleplaying games adults like to participate in). But anyway, the 18th installment of RHV means our man has had the pleasure to spank 18 times 3 women making it a total of 54 women. That's 108 bright red cheeks wobbling around on his lap. Go figure.

RHV 18 has the same underlying story as all the videos that came before. Three bratty models come around for a lingerie shoot, botch it up and get spanked for their trouble. Long and hard. Well, one of the girls in RHV 18 is, the other two get off more easy this time. It all starts with Maklaryn, a plump brunette with half long hair. The keyword here is 'plump', she has a vast bosom, enormous thighs and a well rounded, if a little fat, ass. But hey, a little fat on an ass makes for some interesting ripples when there's some force applied to it by, say, a flat hand. Maklaryn has a tattoo above hear left breast and one of a butterfly on her back. This implies she's used to some pain, but I really can't see how she survived the experience of a red hot needle in your flesh. Because when she's made herself impossible and our man is happily dragging her by the ear over his lap, she shows us just what a soft little girl she really is. When the first slaps are applied to her massive hind quarters she immediately begins to whimper and weep. This experience is definitely not what she expected of it, and she wants out. Badly. Her big fat ass turns quite red at the punishment our man deals out, but it seems he can't really get in to the task, because poor Maklaryn can't take it. She gets stripped down and the pulling down of her panties is a nice treat, but it just doesn't work. She doesn't struggle convincingly, she doesn't scold or talks down to our man, she just cries and whimpers to be released. Our man tries to do a counting game, but Maklaryn can't even talk cohesivly trough her tears. After 10 minutes of half-heartedly spanking and a lot of rubbing on the big cheeks Maklaryn is thrown to the ground where she weeps like a little child. To bad our man didn't ignore her and just gave her the walloping she deserved, it would have taught her the lesson of thinking through the things she's getting herself into. On a bright note: during the spanking of Maklaryn there's a gorgeous blond woman listening in at the door. Tall, elegant, sexy with an enormous smile. The kind of woman you don't see too often in a spanking video. The second unfortunate girl to make RHV 18 is Liz Tyler. This girl makes the whole tape worth wile.
