Peeping Toms is a video that Naughty Girl and I got to watch together a couple of nights ago. I picked this one out from a video store on the way up to see her and chose it because I thought it would be something that we both would like. Here's what the two of us had to think about it.

Boat Drinks: I have to say up front that this is a couples movie. The spankings are all pretty tame and by hand except for one scene. As most of you have probably guessed I am into a little bit harder action and I love implements. This is still a good movie for watching with your girlfriend though. Both the actors and actresses in Peeping Toms were good looking, which is something that seems to be missing from a lot of F/M videos.

The first scene shows Marissa Mornet getting undressed and showering. The camera keeps cutting back to Joe Hammer peeking in on her. I can see why Joe is peeking, Marissa has a smoking body. Marissa eventually catches Joe and has him take his clothes off. She does a pretty good job at acting pissed off and has him leaning over the bathtub with his legs spread wide before long. For all of the women out there who like to see male genitalia in their spanking scenes, this one delivers. Marissa spanks Joe by hand in a couple of positions and then she puts him in the cold shower where she spanks him some more. Marissa then ends up throwing Joe out of the house. Joe then heads over to crash at his buddy Randy Paul's house. While sleeping on the couch he hears Randy spanking Angelique for looking at other men. Joe ends up spying on them through a crack in the door throughout the whole punishment and ends up stroking himself near the end. In addition to the OTK spanking, there was something in this scene that I had never seen before. Randy lies on his back naked while Angelique sits astride him. He explains that he is going to teach her self-control and that she isn't to move during the spanking. Of course she ends up moving and it makes for a very hot punishment. Angelique eventually spots Joe but doesn't say anything. During the middle of the night she sneaks down stairs to teach him a lesson. Angelique delivers a fair hand spanking and then rolls up a newspaper which she wails on him with. All in all a nice scene.

The final scene of the video starts off with Randy coming back to his apartment which he has sublet to Cinnamon and Deanna Star for a couple of months. He doesn't get an answer at the door so he lets himself in and goes up to the bedroom where he sees Cinnamon spanking Deanna. Joe follows him up shortly and they both watch the F/F spanking for a couple of minutes before they are discovered. Needless to say the women are pissed at having their privacy invaded and have the guys naked and bent over the bed in no time at all. The video kind of goes downhill here but did feature a brief cock spanking.

In summary, this is a good romantic spanking video that is targeted at couples. All of the participants are good looking but the level of spanking is less than moderate. The camera work and sound are both very good but not a lot of camera angles were used due to space limitations. If you want a romantic spanking video to watch with your significant other then I recommend this one. If hard disciplinary spanking is your cup of tea though I would pass.

Naughty Girl: Overall, I thought this video was pretty decent, though it would have been a lot better without the last scene . . . but let's start with the good things. Boatdrinks and I had a rare chance to watch this video together and it was a really neat couples' video. The focus was more erotic and sensual than it was disciplinary, and even though I usually go for severe punishment videos, I must say that I was drawn to the playful, romantic tone of this one.

One unique and positive element of this film is the music which is played in the background all the way through and definitely adds to the romantic ambiance. The music like the spanking is seductive yet playful and it helps to move along some otherwise slow scenes.

The pace of the spanking starts (and ends slowly). I had mixed feelings about this. In a way the erotic quality of the spanking was intensified by the slow, steady pace, and it was nice to see the recipients enjoying themselves (and boy did they enjoy themselves). On the other hand it would have been nice to see the handspanking build gradually into a more severe punishment with perhaps the introduction of some implements. As I am sure Boatdrinks already mentioned in his part of this review, there were no implements used in this video. He is a big implement fan so I think that it was sort of disappointing to him that there was nothing but hand spanking (not even a tiny little hairbrushing to appease him). Normally I love handspanking, esp otk. In fact that is my favorite kind. I have to confess, however that 45 minutes of nothing but slow, methodical handspanking gets a little boring after awhile.

Aside from the pace, the quality of the first two scenes in this video is first rate. The acting is very decent. Joe Hammer and Angelique both overreact at times to what is some fairly weak spanking, but for the most part their reaction is in proportion to the punishment they are receiving. The weak quality of the spanking is justified by a lack of pretense to severe punishment. All of the actors/actresses in these first two scenes are very attractive. They have extremely nice bodies and manage to create characters and situations which are believable. One of the things I liked best about the video was the willingness of two of the actors to switch from dom to sub roles. Angelique and Randy Paul both do an excellent job and seem at ease in both roles. I have rarely seen a video where this kind of switching was carried off as effectively as it was here. The other main thing I liked about this video is that it has a little something for everyone (almost). It has scenes to satisfy m/f, f/m, and f/f appetites. Now, if only it could have thrown in a little of the m/m . . . Oh well, can't have everything I guess.

Now for the last scene. Aie, yie, yie! What a disaster! Things happened too quickly to contrast the otherwise extremely slow pace of the video. The scene was completely disjointed (it was extremely difficult to figure out how it connected with the first two scenes, or if it did). Everyone talked over one another, so it was impossible to understand anything that was said. The sensual, romantic mood of the video was blown by the rough, harsh tones of the women in this scene. Cinnamon particularly, was abrasive and unattractive. Her attempt at pornographic language resulted in every sentence being preceded by some version of the word fuck which comes across as obnoxious and distracting not to mention uncreative. There was not a single good thing I could think of to say about this last scene. As far as I'm concerned, it ruined the rest of the video.
