As the video begins we see Professor Belinda Clark lecturing her student Kevin Thompson for turning in a poor report and general poor college behavior. Belinda is an early 30's red head with a nice strict look about her. Kevin is probably in his late 20's, has a fit body, and is a fairly handsome guy. After a short lecture Belinda takes Kevin over her lap for a hand spanking that begins on his slacks and ends up with his underwear pulled between his cheeks. A lot of times you can tell how severe a video is going to be by how hard the initial hand spanking is. In this case the hand spanking is very hard as is the rest of the video. After the hand spanking Belinda breaks a ruler on Kevin's butt before taking his underwear down for a very long paddling. All of this happens in the first ten minutes of the video.
After the OTK session Kevin is made to bend over a table as Belinda continues to lecture him and makes her way through a small collection of straps and paddles. This lady does not mess around when it comes to corporal punishment. Kevin's butt was very red after the OTK session, but once Belinda stood up and really started swinging, his butt developed some very nasty bruises. After about six minutes of being bent over the table, Kevin is then made to lay on the table face down as Belinda continues his strapping which goes on nonstop to end the first 30 minutes of the video. Kevin is then given 48 hours to write a better paper.
Forty eight hours later Kevin is back at Professor Clark's apartment to turn in his paper. Unfortunately for him, it is crap. Belinda immediately takes him over her lap for another hand spanking, strapping, and paddling. Kevin then leans over a fire place for a severe belting. The last eleven minutes of the video is dedicated to Belinda beating the tar out of Kevin with a cane. The strokes are so hard that towards the end she actually draws blood. I didn't count, but I think Kevin takes in the neighborhood of 85 strokes, all of them very vicious.
Jennifer Brooks makes some of the best F/M videos in my opinion. In a lot of femdom videos the woman might as well be beating a slab of meat instead of a person since there is generally very little reaction from the guy being spanked. In "Canes and Straps, English Style" Kevin is very vocal and you can tell that he is feeling the punishment, especially the caning. Belinda Clark also does a great job laying on the discipline and is especially good at lecturing. She just has this great dominant bitch attitude and look to her. The technical aspects of the video are very well done, as should be expected from a Jennifer Brooks video.
The latest Rigid East video is set in an institution for young women. As the video begins we see four young women who have been caught nude in bed together. Even though they insist that they were just trying to stay warm, the male educator at the instituion believes that their motivations were more nefarious. He has one of the girls, a thin blonde, strip nude and then has two of her classmates place their hands on sensitive areas of her body. The other three women are then made to strip and all four then urinate in a bucket in the corner of the room. Two women come in afterwards, one dressed as a nun and the other in a military type uniform. They strap the women's wrists and ankles to the iron beds so that they are in a very exposed diaper position. The two women then leave and the male educator examines the women for signs that they are not virgins. When he finds that not a one of them are virgins he pulls the truth out of them that they have been abusing themselves.
For the crime of self abuse, each of the girls gets 50 strokes with a thin wooden paddle. The punishment here is not as hard as what has been shown in some of the other Lupus and Rigid East videos, but is still sufficient to leave each of the girls with red bottoms and some nasty bruises. For those that like to see the whole package of what a young woman has to offer, this is your kind of video. The position that the girls are punished in leaves nothing at all to the imagination. We also get to see some great writhing around as the girls try in vain to protect their bottoms from the paddle. Once the paddling is over, the nun and female guard return and place a grey paste on the women's genitals and inner thighs. They then cover this burning concotion with clear plastic panties and leave the women to suffer for the next day.
Rigid East and their sister company Lupus Pictures continue to amaze me with their sets and costumes. Even though the dialogue is in subtitles, you can still feel the emotions of the characters, which in my opinion is what makes a great spanking video. Those who like really severe punishments might want to check out another title from Rigid East because this is one of their lighter videos. Fans of institutional type videos and those who like seeing young women in a very exposed state will love "Detention House 2". As with the rest of the videos from Rigid East and Lupus Pictures, the technical aspects of the video are second to none.

"Queens of the Lash" is a pure whipping video. There is no story or set-up, just one whipping scene after another. It appears to be a compilation of scenes from several videos but they are not from any videos that I have seen before. Scene one features a brunette with a rock hard body and large breasts tied facing the camera. As the scene begins her clothes have already been ripped off and are hanging from her body. A guy wearing camoflage pants lightly beats her with a single tail whip for about five minutes.
Scene 2: The second scene is entitled "Hell Night" and features a blonde with huge breasts and a well oiled body being whipped on both the front and back of her body by a cute asian. The whipping is harder than the first scene and would be in what I consider the moderate to average category intensity wise. The blonde is left with some marks but nothing that won't resolve in a day or two. Overall the scene is more of an erotic than a punishment type spanking and the blonde writhes about accordingly.
Scene 3: There are several whippings going on in this one. The camera cuts back and forth between two white women being whipped and a lone black woman getting it. A lot of the black woman's whipping is carried out in slow motion so it is kind of hard to get an accurate idea of how hard the whipping really was. The two white women undergo a light whipping while doing some interesting stunts such as vigorously shaking their bottoms and going down on each other.
Scene 4: This one is called "Pain" and takes place in a darkly lit dungeon. A bruntte with a thin body and the prerequisite large breasts has her hands tied above her head and is given a moderate whipping by a hooded figure. Some blood shows up on her bottom toward the end of the whipping but given the intensity of the strokes, it appears to be fake.
Scene 5: Two women that look like porn stars are featured in this scene. The blonde woman is tied with her hands over her head first while the brunette flogs and rubs her hands all over the blonde's body, including between the legs. The women then switch places and the blonde flogs the brunette's very white bottom.
Scene 6: The cane is used instead of a whip in this scene. It features an average sized brunette who is wearing a blindfold and a masked gentleman. The position used for the caning is different than what you normally see. She has her hands tied above her head for the duration of the scene. The masked man then lays it on her naked butt and thighs fairly hard with a very thick cane. After about twelve strokes on her back side, she is turned around and the caning continues on her bare breasts. The scene ends with the woman taking a moderate flogging on her breasts.
Scene 7: This one is a harem scene that starts off with a very well endowed blonde doing a strip tease. She is then tied with her hands above her head and whipped from behind. The whole scene is just her reactions from the front and her back, where she is being whipped, is never shown.
Scene 8: A really short, not very well lit scene of a blonde getting whipped.
"Queens of the Lash" is more of an erotic whipping video than it is of the disciplinary type. All of the women featured have rock hard bodies and large breasts, and while being whipped shake them in a very erotic fashion. For the most part the whippings are in the light to moderate range with the exception of the caning. The production values are good except for two scenes that were under lit in my opinion.

This is the first video from Sting in the Tail where the owner, Christina, ends up on the receiving end. Since Christina is a hottie and is known to give a good spanking, I was pretty excited at the prospect of her getting spanked by Dawn Deacon. The scenario behind the video is that the dean's car has been hit and after his short investigation it is appartent that the damage was done by Dawn Deacon's uninsured clunker.
The discipline for the wrecked car is handled by Christina. To begin with she takes Dawn over her lap for a hand spanking on her dress. The dress is then pulled up for a spanking over her thong and finally on the bare bottom. For the next phase, a leather paddle and strap, Dawn is bent over the head's desk. Christina gets in about 20 swats before the headmaster decides that she isn't spanking hard enough and steps in to do the job himself. Christina holds Dawn's hands down on the other side of the desk while the headmaster delivers a series of nice swats. After the strapping Dawn is given twelve moderate strokes of the cane by the headmaster.
When it is finally discovered that Christina was actually the one who wrecked the heasmaster's car, Dawn Deacon is brought in to punish her. The OTK hand spanking begins with a light warm-up on top of Christina's panties before Dawn pulls them down and ups the intensity level. After the OTK session Christina's dress is removed and she is placed in the diaper changing position for more hand spanking. She then goes over the arm of the couch with her legs spread for a work-out with a leather paddle. Christina's blouse then comes off and she is bent over the desk for a pretty tough strapping. She is then given six strokes while over the desk and is then made to remove her bra and bend over the back of a chair for a further six strokes. During the chair sequence picture in picture is used so that both Christina's butt and face is shown. Another six strokes are given with Christina touching her toes and then six more with her spread over the desk to end the video and leave her butt with some very nice tram lines. The last two positions are also very nice if you enjoy seeing everything between a ladies legs.
It was a real treat to see Christina finally get a spanking. The level of intensity was in the moderate range, enough to cause some good marks but not going so far as to be severe. The chemistry between Dawn Deacon and Christina was very good and it appeared as though they both enjoyed what they were doing. The production values were good and the video does not suffer from the PAL to NTSC reddish discoloration that is seen in a lot of conversions.

The premise behind the Virgin Kink series is that they take women who have never done a spanking video before and have them take their first spanking on camera. I've only seen a couple of these but they usually have some interesting results. Volume 20 is no exception. It begins with Rebecca Lord, a very thin, stern looking brunette, interviewing an 18 year old Australian actress named Bobbie Barrington. Bobbie is the blonde on the cover of the video and has an innocent look to her. Rebecca strips Bobbie and starts the session by pinching Bobbie's nipples. She then bends her over a pool table and begins slapping her ass pretty hard. Bobbie has very white skin and it begins to turn pink almost immediately. The spanking is short and when Rebecca turn Bobbie back around to pinch her nipples some more we can see that Bobbie is already fighting back tears. Something that Red Board does in a lot of their videos, and is done throughout this one, is to have to woman look directly into the camera so that the audience has a good view of their facial expressions. Throughout their videos the dominant party will remind the woman to look into the camera because the audience enjoys seeing them break or something in a similar vein. After Bobbie licks Rebecca's shoes clean she is made to lay on the pool table while Rebecca digs her heels into Bobbie's chest and breasts. Bobbie's thighs are then slapped and it is at this point that she begins to cry. She is then taken OTK and continues to cry while being spanked. Near the end of the hand spanking Bobbie's panties are stuffed in her mouth.
The second scenario features a black woman named Monique and a thin blonde woman who is about a foot taller named Trinity Maxx. The scene starts off with Monique spanking Trinity with her hand and a variety of implements. The women then switch roles and Trinity gets to spank Monique. This segment of the video will appeal to those who like to interacial spankings but there isn't much else that is good about it. The spankings are pretty light and it appears as though neither woman really knows what to do or is that into it.
The final segment features a woman who knows her way around a whip, Kym Wilde. The very sexy Kym Wilde has appeared in tons of spanking videos and is on my personal top 10 hot list. She is paired with Dolores Haze, a thin 20 year old young woman with short red hair. Kym starts things off by having Dolores pose in a couple of sexy poses and feels up her breasts before opening up with a very hard hand spanking. She then takes a flogger to Dolores' back and breasts in a none to gentle manner. Even though Dolores sounds like she is in some pretty bad pain, Kym keeps up the flogging for another ten or so strokes before giving her a break. When she does get a break and tries to wipe away her tears, Kym ends up slapping her a couple of times. The slapping was the last straw for Dolores. She tears off her wig, says that she quits, and generally looks like she wants to take a swing at Kym. Kym is able to calm Delores down by talking to her and even allows Dolores to slap her face a few times. The scene then resumes with Kym promising not to slap Dolores on the face anymore. Instead she takes the flogger to her breasts which looked as though it hurt more than getting slapped any day. A leather paddle is then used to beat Dolores' inner thighs and breasts causing her to clench her teeth. The video then ends with Dolores taking six swats on her back with a flogger while she looks directly into the camera.
"Virgin Kink 20" is a decent enough video but, like some of the other Red Board titles, it has a mean side to it. Those who enjoy tears and seeing women doing something that they obviously don't enjoy will probably like it. If this isn't your thing I would avoid the video.

As "The Settlement" opens we see a young woman wearing only a towel bending over to grab something. The towel lifts up and we, along with her mother, are exposed to the sorry sight of a bottom that has been caned thoroughly. The women are taken to the police where they tell a story of getting lost while hiking and being accosted by two men. The men are then brought in and tell an entirely different story. In their version the four young women had broken into a private mountain cabin and had decided to take a switching instead of being turned over to the police.
The whole story is acted out on camera but I'm sure that the readers are interested mainly in the action that the video contains. As the girls had already stripped nude, the first was selected off the bed and made to bend over a small table. The guy doing the switching then absolutely tore her bottom up with 28 strokes. These were every bit as hard as seen in some of the more infamous videos by this company and the young woman pretty much screamed her head off throughout the ordeal. After some coaxing the second young woman took her place at the table and took 17 strokes, which were not quite as hard but still got her hollering. The thin blonde was next to go over the table for 21 strokes. She carried on much like the first two women with the severity of the strokes being hard, but not nearly as bad as the first woman's. The last woman to go over the table was a brunette with a nice round bottom. The severity level of the strokes that she was given was in line with what the first woman got. This woman really gave a performance, jumping around and screaming her head off as each of the 17 strokes made contact.
For fans of severe switching of cute young women, there is a lot to enjoy here. The strokes are for the most part severe and the women's reactions are amazing. As usual with Lupus, the production qualities are very good.

I am a fan of this series and wasn't disappointed; two British girls get
the works from three teachers, two male and one female.
For punishment PT devotees, we're in a noisy gymnasium, and you can smell
the floor wax, moldy mats, and body sweat. The girls, Simpson and Jenkins,
are being worked out, both cute brunettes in pigtails and the obligatory
school garb of white shirts, neckties, very short navy-blue skirts, and
navy-blue knickers. Instructor Mr. Adams is annoyed and drills them in the
step bench, duck walk, jumping jacks, leg lifts, and legs-in-the-air
bicycle---a nice selection which produces plenty of panty. Surprisingly,

We come to the box-shaped vaulting horse, the central prop for this drama.

In walks the Headmaster, a familiar CalStar disciplinarian; Adams is
dismissed; but, looky at what we have here---two girls bent over with

remove their ties, which they jump up and do, taking the moment to pull
their pants. They're hoping they're off the hook? The Head jumps up on the
horse, pats his lap, and directs Simpson to climb on and stretch herself

would have been fitting: "Oh, sir, is that your gun or are you just
enjoying this?" He gets Simpson's pants down along the way. He is not a

We cut to more PT; the blouses have been shed; we're down to bra or
camisole. Pushups, stretches, toe-touches (still in pants, unfortunately),
and running in place, very high knee'd. These girls are in shape! The Head
has begun menacing them by slapping a cane in his palm. A few handslaps to
the thighs during the running is motivating. "Higher, girls, higher" is the
Vaudeville expression.
Mr. Adams returns, reinstated-now he's brought HIS cane. When Simpson is
bent over the horse, she flashes green eyes. She takes four strokes on her
panties; the mild marks are seen when they're lowered--then she takes 6
more. But it's Jenkins who's going to get the sizzling what-for, and we
won't be short-changed.
Cut to Jenkins bouncing prettily on a trampoline; gosh, a pack of
cigarettes falls out. Adams takes her OTK and spanks her hard. She holds
her legs out straight and struggles, because it strings! He gets her pants
down in the process. A third teacher shows up, a stern-faced female (always
good news), Gibbons. Adams is chased off yet again--he must lack seniority!
Gibbons takes her OTK, but Jenkins seized the spanker-switch to get her
pants back up. Just getting started, Gibbons sends Jenkins to her car to
retrieve a paddle, where Jenkins pilfers some cosmetics and deflates a
tire. Thankfully for us, this girl has incredibly bad judgment. She's

with her bent over the trampoline, pants up, then down. Her bottom becomes
thoroughly red and splotchy. When the cosmetics are discovered, Gibbons
makes her strip completely. A highlight is a slow pan of her nude with her
back to us.
Back over the trampoline, naked but for neat little sneakers, perk breasts
hanging down, for the cane. I couldn't count the strokes because of the
repeats, but the reflexively twitchy avoidance on the backswing, her
quivering, gasping, and developing lines make it clear that there is some
scoring going on here. It's over, and in the only frontal glimpse we get,
Jenkins turns, and there is the luxuriant very British raven thatch, before
tonsorial fashions were extant. Very nice indeed. Feeze a moment. At the
end, we peek thorugh an ajar bathroom door while she applies lotion to her
very banged-up bottom.
